Hartley Pensions Limited (Hartley Pensions) who is a Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) operator, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, was on 29 July 2022 placed into administration at the request of the Financial Conduct Authority.
This is very bad news for the SIPP pension industry as the administration of Hartleys follows on from a number of other well-known SIPP providers, namely Liberty SIPP, Berkeley Burke and Guinness Mahon, all of whom have recently entered administration.
